JAMES K. HOGAN & ASSOC., INC., is a consulting and marketing company that assists our clients in expanding their market share.  Although we are primarily in the health care arena, we also venture into other areas, such as saving our clients money on their electric and gas bills, savings on their telephone and Internet services, and, waste management.  We have introduced new products to developers and have taken products from developers and introduced them to possible distributors.

Our services entail identifying potential targets for our clients and then arranging a meeting between our clients and the decision makers at those target organizations.  If a contract is signed, we have earned our fee.  Our compensation is based solely upon results.

The Agreements that we have with our clients are usually based upon a percentage of the billing, and is payable throughout the life of the contracts.
